We can teach you how good and easy to use is Alibaba Cloud, but nothing can be accomplished if you don’t actually have an account. Since many of you asked me me about the process, I created a step by step guide on how to create a free-tier Alibaba Cloud account.
Step by step guide
Follow the next steps to create an Alibaba Cloud free tier account:
1. Click on this link to visit the Alibaba Cloud website.
2. Click on Free Account.
3. Select your country, enter your email and password and click on Confirm.
4. Now it’s time for the verification:
- By email: Click on Send. Copy the code from your Email, enter it and then click on Verify.
- By phone: Enter your mobile phone number and click on Send Message. Copy the code from your phone, enter it and then click on Verify.
5. Select Enterprise Account or Individual Account.
6. Fill in the information, click on Verify your phone, enter the verification code and then click on Submit.
7. Add a payment method: Credit or Debit Card, or PayPal.
You are not going to be charged until you use cloud resources, but it is a requirement to add a payment method in order to get a free tier account.
