PCCW Global needed to train their organization to adopt the Alibaba Cloud platform so they are ready to use the platform in a secure and fast way. The training involved global work streams across several continents and time zones who needed Alibaba Cloud training. PCCW Global wanted as well their team to achieve Alibaba Cloud Associate (ACA) and Professional (ACP) certifications in Cloud Computing and Cloud Security.
The Solution
Roopu Cloud coordinated with key stakeholders to identify how best to meet this challenge. Roopu Cloud built a global training schedule to address these training needs. A series of multi-day, online instructor-led model courses were delivered, followed by an exam preparation workshop, to best ensure candidates were thoroughly prepared to take the exams. Roopu Cloud was also able to bring real-world experience into the training courses and delivered hands-on labs to apply theory and knowledge to the working environment through a variety of practical exercises.
Results
As Alibaba Cloud Authorized Training Partners (ATP), we were able to deliver the training courses confidently and with expertise to 100+ professionals. PCCW Global could benefit from Alibaba Cloud experienced instructors and receive real-world, in-demand skills and hands-on practical experience after completing the courses. In addition, PCCW Global experienced a candidate pass rate of 92% for the Alibaba Cloud Associate (ACA) and Professional (ACP) in Cloud Computing and Cloud Security certification.
