The Challenge
Hexagon needed to train an IT team to adopt Tencent Cloud in a secure, cost-effective, and scalable manner. The training involved global work streams across several continents and time zones who needed Tencent Cloud training. In addition, Hexagon wanted their team to achieve Tencent Cloud Solutions Architect certification.
The Solution
Roopu Cloud coordinated with key stakeholders to identify how best to meet this challenge. Roopu Cloud built a global training schedule to address these training needs. A series of multi-day, online instructor-led courses were delivered, followed by an exam-preparation workshop, to best ensure candidates were thoroughly prepared to take the exams. As a value-added, Roopu Cloud was also able to bring real-world experience into the training courses and delivered hands-on labs to apply theory and knowledge to the working environment through a variety of practical exercises.
Results
As Tencent Cloud Authorized Training Partners (ATP), we were able to deliver the training courses confidently and with expertise to 10 experts. Hexagon could benefit from Tencent Cloud experienced instructors and receive real-world, in-demand skills and hands-on practical experience after completing the courses. Hexagon experienced a candidate pass rate of 100% for the Tencent Cloud Solutions Architect certification.
